Crate and Barrel's two new facilities are a part of Prologis Park Tracy II, a 160 acre site in the Tracy submarket of the Central Valley in California. At full build-out the park will include at least three buildings for a total of more than 2.8 million square feet.

A 170 acre Business Park which includes major flood control improvements. The project design also includes a passive Oak Tree Park as an amenity.
Oaks Business Park is currently in the process of being developed with over 1,000.000 sq. ft. of industrial buildings.
Livermore Premium Outlets is part of the 340 acre El Charro Specific Plan. It is a City of Livermore high priority project consisting of street and utility infrastructure design for a regional retail area. Kier & Wright provided planning, engineering and surveying services for the project. Key infrastructure improvements included vehicular and pedestrian bridges with utility crossings, major regional storm drainage design, recycled and potable water improvements, sanitary sewer pump station, and shared HMP basins and park improvements.
Livermore Premium Outlets is the home to 130 premium factory outlet stores, including Banana Republic Factory Store, Barney’s New York Outlet, Cole Haan Company Store, J.Crew, Michael Kors, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Nike Factory Store, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Tommy Hilfiger, and many more in a modern, walkable, retail center with over 540,000 square feet of leasable area.
